Treat your patients with respect and understand they all have individual needs. Never hurry the treatment, you want them to receive the best results.
Avoid quantity over quality. Don’t hire the largest staff possible to service the most patients. Start small and build. Always remember quality over quantity.
Communicate clearly with your patients. Your staff should do this too, but first and foremost it should be coming from the doctor. They want to trust and confide in you.
Stand behind your work. Always fix something at no cost for the patient if what you made fails. Stay humble, while also maintaining your integrity.
